Online Enrollment Process
Review and determine the Programs you wish to enroll your child:
Following is the online registration process:
Returning Families (those families who currently have a child attending OR have had children attend CWPS in the past):
Programs are available for all New and Returning families.
Sign into your MyProcare account to begin the Registration process. Select the option to View available Registrations under Alerts
** Returning Families – If MyProcare does not recognize your email address when signing in, OR if your child is NEW to attending CWPS, please email CWPSirvine@gmail.com with your name, your child’s first and last name, child’s Date of Birth, and Child’s Gender.

MyProcare will immediately email a confirmation of your Registration requests verifying your selections have been submitted for school review.
After registering online, CWPS will email you a confirmation of programs enrolled within 3 business days and instructions for paying Registration fees and tuition deposit (where applicable).
Families have 4 days of the CWPS enrollment email to pay Registration fees and tuition (where applicable) to secure program placement.
CWPS will email receipt of payment and instructions for future dates to look for the next steps.
New Families:
